We aim to develop family orientation and want to communicate to them how we can focus on expanding the bonus pool in 2023 and work with four division teams. We will add sensible co-workers for a good work environment if there are many winning projects. 

The Four Division Teams

  1. Salesforce Marketing Team - from start to finish, they can win more bids and new clients up to the collection of funds. 
  2. Design Team - Architects enter the construction process during the concept or design stage and usually exit when construction is complete. However, Design Team can only be involved with a project during the concept and design stage and then hand it over to the builder. 
  3. Builder Team - Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Foreman, and Skilled Workers. They will take care of the work on the site.
  4. IT Team - Responsible for managing and maintaining the technology and systems used on a construction project.

Jamilee Lara Pino

"Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win a championship."


Responsible for performing accounting and financial charges within a business. Jam's tasks include recording and tracking financial transactions, preparing financial statements and reports, reconciling accounts, managing budgets and forecasts, and performing other duties as needed.


Jam is responsible for helping JMG ensure the integrity and accuracy of the organization's financial records and providing financial information and analysis that can support decision-making and strategic planning. 




Dina Jane Quilang

"Just make good architecture, and the construction will follow."


Dina is in charge of architectural design at JMG CONSTRUCTION & GENERAL MERCHANDISE and is responsible for creating and developing architectural strategies and plans for buildings and other structures. She conducts research and analysis, making sketches and models, and using specialized software to produce detailed drawings and plans.


Dina typically works as part of a team, collaborating with other professionals such as architects, engineers, and construction managers to ensure that the design meets the project's goals and requirements. She also works closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and to ensure that the plan meets their expectations.

Christian Dave Eugenio

A technical bidder in charge at JMG Construction & General Merchandise oversees the bidding process for specialized projects and contracts. He involves: Working with the sales and marketing team to identify potential projects and clients. Preparing and submitting bids. Negotiating with clients to secure contracts.

As the technical bidder in charge, he would ensure that the company's bids are competitive and compliant and accurately reflect the company's capabilities and capacities. He would also be responsible for managing the bidding process from start to finish, coordinating with other departments within the organization to gather the necessary information and documentation, and working with the legal team to review and finalize the contract terms and conditions.
