There's an email I received from the homeonwner in CDO and he asked how does it works and we are sharing our reply.

Here's an example of how it will work:

1️⃣ First, homeowners can browse through our platform and select the category of service they are looking for. They can choose from a wide range of services such as cleaning, handyman, landscaping, home repair, home improvement, home security, and home automation.

2️⃣ Once they have selected the category, they will be presented with a list of professionals who provide that service. The professionals will have profiles on our platform that include information such as their experience, qualifications, ratings, and reviews from previous customers.

3️⃣ Homeowners can then read through the profiles, view the professionals' portfolios and then select the professional that best meets their needs and budget.

4️⃣ Once they have selected the professional, they can then book the service online via our platform. They can select the date and time that works best for them, and also communicate with the professional about any specific details about their project.

5️⃣ After the service is completed, homeowners can then leave a review of their experience on our platform, which will help future customers in making their choice.

Our platform will also have features that allow you to filter by pricing, ratings and also allow to message professionals before booking. We also have plan to take care of payments, scheduling and customer support directly via our platform to make it as seamless as possible for the homeowners.
